Conflict Management Training & Development

Sometimes team disagreements can become serious conflicts, threatening the productivity or even the life of the group. However, if a team can use effective strategies for handling conflict, conflict may afford new learning and eventually deeper, more productive relationships. Do not let unresolved issues drain the productivity from your teams! Teams have preferred ways of handling conflict. Some teams avoid conflict at all costs, while others find that the battle gives them energy and motivation.  

Participants will identify their typical reaction to conflict, examine the potential outcomes associated with each reaction, and discuss effective tactics, and put skills into practice for resolving day-to-day issues.
